The small print
First heat, in plain words.
These are the terms for first heat sauna bundles, bought before we open. They are short on purpose. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you buy.
What you are buying
A bundle of 1, 3 or 5 sauna sessions at ORA Wellness, Kilmacthomas. One session is one person, for one sitting. There are only 50 first heat places. Until only the last 10 are left, each session bought takes one; after that, each bundle bought takes one, whatever its size.
You pay now, by card, through Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay work too.
When you can use it
We open on 15 November 2026. First heat holders can book from 13 November 2026, 48 hours before anyone else.
We email you these terms within 24 hours of buying. Before booking opens, we email you a booking reference, and that is what you book with.
How long it lasts
Your sessions are valid for five years from the day you buy them.
Giving it away
Bundles are not tied to a name. Give the reference to anyone and they can book with it. Sessions from one bundle can be used by different people.
Refunds
Changed your mind? Full refund within 14 days of buying, as long as you haven't used a session from it.
Sauna not open by 15 December 2026? Full refund on request at any time until the first session from the bundle is used.
Refunds go back to the card that paid. Whoever holds the reference (or, before references are issued, the Stripe receipt) can ask us, and we refund the original buyer.
None of this affects your rights under consumer law.
Your email
If you sign up for updates, ORA Wellness keeps your email address to send you ORA sauna news and booking announcements. We do that only because you said yes, and you can take it back with the unsubscribe link in any email.
Resend, a US company, sends the emails for us and keeps the list. Your address goes to the US under the safeguards EU data protection law requires for that.
If you never tap the link in the confirmation email, we delete your request after 7 days. If you unsubscribe, we keep a record of when you said yes and when you left for 24 months, then delete it, and Resend keeps your address on its do-not-email list so you are never emailed again. Ask us and we delete that too.
You can ask to see what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, at any time: message @ora_wellness_studios on Instagram. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
